    Lightbulb Welcome, EMPact Radio listeners!

EMPact Radio has expanded to a weekly 90-minute show, so that after we talk to our guests for an hour, we can dedicate a half hour every week to talking about preparedness, take your questions, and give you a time to share your own experiences.

We're using this new forum to focus the discussion and to continue on after the radio episode ends.

Please join other EMPact America members and post your comments and questions.

    Water storage ideas

Thank you guys for doing all you are doing to bring awareness to the public. I got your DVD's today. I am contacting our local city council and will ask them what we as a community can do to prepare. I do store water. I use 2 liter pop bottles that have been washed with hot water and dish soap. I make sure they are rinsed really well and fell them with tap water. I write the month and year on the outside of the bottle. Tap water should be good for 6 months as it has been clorinated. When we live at the farm and used well water, I put about 4 to 8 drops of plain bleach in each bottle. If they go past the date you can boil it or use for cleanning and washing clothers and such.
