With an M.Sc. in physics from the University of California, Los Angeles, Mr. Schnurr has worked for more than twenty five years in addressing missile threats from both technology and policy perspectives . He has reviewed U.S. technology policy for the the Department of Defense, the White House Homeland Security Council, Congress, and the National Academy of Sciences. Previously Mr. Schnurr founded and managed international defense programs and holds patents for his work in high energy
lasers and optical systems.
