Legislative/Regulatory

The Federal Regulatory Agencies that oversee the U.S. power grid formulate policies and regulations governing the grid. They have addressed the EMP threat, and have concluded this type of threat poses an increasing risk to the U.S. power grid. They understand the importance of the power grid to our government and economy, and, ultimately to the health and welfare of our citizens.
